What happens
Your first visit

You book, or call
Choose a time in our booking system, or call and Liz will find one with you.

You fill in forms ahead
Your forms are on our own portal. Fill them in before you come, or arrive ten minutes early.
- 03
You come in
The visit is about 45 minutes. Dr. Meijer examines every patient.
- 04
You hear the next steps
You leave with a prescription copy, a written estimate for anything you order and, if you ask, the household plan terms.
Billing and what to bring
Bring these with you
Your glasses and contacts
Bring the pair you wear now, and your lens case.
Your cards
Your vision plan card and medical insurance card, if you have them.
A list of medicines
Bring a list, so Dr. Meijer knows what you take.
